Laburnum Road in Portsmouth

Habiti oversaw the conversion of this three-bedroom mid-terrace house on Laburnum Road into a seven-bedroom, seven–en-suite HMO, utilising permitted development and a loft conversion to optimise space and rental performance. Every element of the project was carefully planned and executed to balance compliance, tenant appeal, and operational efficiency.
